  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Since all loctician services are appointment only, we do implement a cancellation fee. The latest an appointment can be canceled without incurring a cancellation fee is 48 hours before the appointment.


    If you're canceling late due to medical reasons or a sudden emergency, please contact your loctician for assistance. 

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    When paying for any loctician services, we accept all major credit and debit cards, including but not limited to Express, Visa, and Mastercard. Additionally, our locticians accept payment via cash.


    All loc products can be purchased with all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. 

  • How do you ship your products?

    We use USPS to deliver every item. The size, shape, and weight of the order are taken into account when calculating the delivery costs by USPS.

  • What is your return policy?

    All products can be returned within 30 days after purchase. Please contact us with your order number, contact info, product name, and reasons for returning.  


    If you've received a damaged product, we apologize. Please contact us for further assistance.
